Transformative Education Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our St Nicholas Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle team. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our Educational Program and Practice.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be dedicated to developing the future of children, and have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting, and Workplace Health and Safety issues.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate and support educators through engagement in professional conversations and critical reflection, hands-on learning, and professional development opportunities.
- Empower and support others to build capacity for continuous improvement and work with educators to develop engaging and inspiring learning environments that are inclusive of all children.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Educational Program and Practice in the St Nicholas Service.
- Recognised Early Childhood Teaching Degree as identified by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority or an approved Diploma level qualification for the purposes of the education and care services, national law and regulations.
- Child protection qualification.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.
- Working with Children Check verification number.

Salary and BenefitsThis permanent full-time position is offered on an above Award rate of pay, including additional daily Educational Leader's Allowance and paid overtime.
