As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by overseeing the financial reporting processes, tax and financial decision-making across the organisation.
- You will be responsible for managing the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- You will also oversee the consolidation of financial results for multiple entities within the group.
In this role, you will conduct financial analysis to interpret and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to senior management and stakeholders. You will provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
Additionally, you will be responsible for Tax Compliance and Reporting, preparing and submitting all direct tax compliance and regulatory reporting returns, including PAYG instalments via third party service providers across all regions.
Decision Support- You will help build, prepare, and communicate internal and Board-level financial reports that enable high-quality decision-making and foster a high-performance culture.
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial data with broader business objectives.
- You will partner with senior leaders to ensure financial data is aligned with operational objectives, providing insights that optimise business performance.
- You will act as a key adviser to cross-functional teams, ensuring financial decisions are well-informed and strategically sound.
- 3-5 years in a similar role at a growth company/organisation.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- A strong understanding of tax and ability to work with external tax professionals for group tax filings and tax strategy.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
