Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Weighbridge Site Coordinator to join our team in Bowral. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate weighbridge operations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, drivers, and operators, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of onsite inductions and training programs.
  • Contribute to data management and reconciliation tasks.
  • Work independently in a demountable office setting, requiring minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Must have access to reliable personal transport.

What We Offer:
