Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Dispensary Technician and Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of our Retail Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with dispensary tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with dispensary tasks, including dispensing medications and providing advice on over-the-counter products.
- Work collaboratively with the Retail Manager to maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking and facing shelves, and processing transactions at the register.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service.
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy software.
