Senior Manager Strategic Planning

About the Role
The Senior Manager Strategic Planning will lead the long-range strategic settings for Jetstar Australia and New Zealand flying. Reporting into the Head of Integrated Planning, this role plays a critical role in delivering business targets related to margin, capacity growth, and aircraft utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing constraints and value levers available
- Preparing and facilitating executive forums
- Driving decisions through trade-off discussions and scenario planning
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications demonstrating strong analytical thinking
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen with a proven track record in identifying and solving complex performance improvement issues
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling building trust quickly and respectfully challenging leaders to rethink existing constraints and explore innovative solutions
- A genuine passion for people leadership, with a focus on developing others
- Experience in airline operations, network, and scheduling, and/or airline customer experience (highly regarded)
