Procurement Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the procurement and supply chain management for baby leaf and vegetable products, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality raw materials that meet customer expectations.

• Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainability, competitiveness, and innovation across the produce portfolio.
• Coordinate the movement of goods from growing regions to manufacturing facilities, optimising gross margins and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyse supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or agricultural science.
• Relevant experience in produce supply chains, particularly baby leaf and vegetables.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
