  3. Value and Progress Reporting: Establish value and progress reporting at respective levels of the organization.
  4. AO Capability Development: Support appropriate AO capability across the organization.
  5. Effective Communication and Change Management: Ensure effective communication and change management.
  6. Framework Implementation and Utilization: Ensure the framework is implemented and utilized appropriately and consistently to maximize sustainable value generation.
  7. Team Management: Manage a team of key central resources to support AO deployment across the Group.
  8. AO Community of Practice: Lead an effective AO Community of Practice to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a Business Improvement, Technical, Operating, Maintenance, or Finance-related field.
  2. Qualifications: Advance Lean/Six Sigma or other Process Improvement qualifications.
  3. Experience: Extensive experience in similar roles with a strong emphasis on development of Strategy, Systems, and Organizational Change models.
  4. Leadership Experience: Previously lead a Business Improvement program in a medium/large organization.
  5. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS office tools.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Effective cross-business stakeholder management experience.
