We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team in the Paris/Ile-de-France area.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of budget and contract negotiations, local regulatory environment and submission and approval processes.
About the Role- Tracking and reporting of essential documents and safety reports is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials.
- Collation and distribution of study tools and documents must be done efficiently to avoid delays.
- Update clinical trial databases (CTMS) and trackers to reflect any changes or updates.
- Manage labeling requirements and coordinate/sign translation change request to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance/budgeting representatives for country and site budgets to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Track and report negotiations and maintenance of tracking tools to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Contract development, negotiation, approval and maintenance is critical for ensuring successful partnerships.
- Update and maintain contract templates to reflect changes in regulations or agreements.
- Payment calculation and execution requires attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organize meetings and create track study memos/letters/protocols to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Support local investigator meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks and activities.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert and mentor junior CTCs to provide guidance and support.
