About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Director to lead our affiliate team in delivering transformative business results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise and experience in delivering tailored affiliate programs, with a strong understanding of the Australian affiliate landscape and a keen vision of how it is set to evolve.

This role will involve working closely with our Client Leadership team to interrogate client challenges and help shape innovative data-driven and consumer-led solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3 to deliver high-performing affiliate programs that drive business growth and meet client objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize affiliate program performance and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their affiliate programs
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an affiliate or performance-based marketing role
  • Extensive knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
