About the RoleWe're seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to join our team in Townsville. As a Home Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living activities, including personal grooming, medication management, transportation, and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Manage medication and provide support with daily living activities
- Provide transportation and social inclusion opportunities
- Perform domestic duties as required
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
- Completion of medication management and healthy bodies training (or commitment to obtain)
- A current National Police Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Immunisation against Tetanus & Hepatitis B
- Above award rates of pay ($31-$39 per hour)
