We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist or Business Partner roles, with experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing performance.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate behaviours aligned to our Values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability and Respect.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across our operations, and learn within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

About You:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR generalist or Business Partner role
• Qualifications in Human Resources (or a related discipline)
• Strong employee relations knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing performance
