Experienced Diesel Mechanic Wanted for Field Service Position

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Field Service team in Somerton. As a key member of our team, you will provide diagnostic, repair and maintenance services to our customers' equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite technical support on Hitachi equipment, including diagnostics, repair and maintenance.
- Offer exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Ensure your work sites are kept tidy and all paperwork is up to date.
- Conduct your work in compliance with all quality and safety standards and procedures.
- Minimum Certificate III in a Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic).
- Previous experience as a heavy diesel mechanic.
- OEM equipment experience highly regarded.
- Current driver's license.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively solve technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer service etiquette.
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures.

- The role has the earning capacity of 130k+ inclusive of overtime + bonuses paid twice yearly.
- Option for Flexible working hours and/or 9 day fortnight.
