Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to fill the role of Store Business Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and profit targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role, leading a large team (30+ members)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours
  • A strong understanding of Retail Operations
  • Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
