Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain machinery according to established procedures and guidelines
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Must have full working rights in Australia and be able to provide proof of eligibility
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize equipment performance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Availability to work afternoon and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
