We are seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Activation Specialist to join our team at Brown-Forman. This exciting opportunity will see you partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding brand experiences.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end brand activation plans, from briefing and creative development to execution and evaluation. You will work closely with sales teams, activation agencies, and customers to drive growth across our portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute rolling 12-month activation plans for key brands and customers.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of brand activations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive alignment between brand marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with activation agencies and customers to ensure best-in-class execution.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

5+ years of experience in a similar role in FMCG, marketing, or the liquor industry.Proven track record of delivering successful brand activation campaigns.Strong understanding of shopper behavior, category trends, and customer needs.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

At Brown-Forman, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
