Job Overview:

Job Description

We are seeking a professional to provide high-quality superannuation, insurance and retirement advice to our members. This will include both intra and non-intra fund advice, within the scope of our advice service proposition and regulatory framework.

The role will involve interacting with members via phone, video-based services or face-to-face, encompassing service from initial member engagement through to provision of advice and in some cases assisting with implementation.

You will be able to create a positive member experience by establishing rapport and personalising the service provided. Interaction with members may also occur through inbound enquiries, seminars or proactive campaigns in conjunction with other areas of the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Financial Planning qualifications meeting all FASEA requirements
  • Completed Professional year
  • Maintained CPD in accordance with qualification
  • Currently on ASIC Adviser Register
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a financial planner
  • Experience in customer service with focus on understanding customer needs and commitment to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to articulate value of personal financial advice in easy-to-understand manner
  • Exposure to financial planning software
