Job Title:

Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our high-performing legal team on a 6-month contract with potential to extend.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys leading commercial agreements, negotiating contracts and advising on a wide range of legal issues.

  • Providing expert legal support across technology contracting and enterprise sales
  • Leading and negotiating commercial agreements (buy and sell side) with a focus on pragmatic outcomes
  • Acting as a safe pair of hands during parental leave cover, supporting colleagues and maintaining business continuity
  • Advising on a broad range of legal issues including compliance, IP, employment and M&A
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercial, solution-focused advice

Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with strong experience in technology contracting, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and able to adapt quickly to a variety of legal projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, as well as being collaborative and able to work autonomously with senior stakeholders.
