Lead Software Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software development lead to drive the success of our product engineering team. This role involves collaborating with a team of skilled engineers to design, develop, and maintain complex software products.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack development, cloud platforms, testing principles, and Agile methodologies. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, and assist senior engineers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date software documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and secure coding practices
