**Job Opportunity**

This is a challenging role for an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Professional.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and coach your team to foster a high-performance culture that maximises equipment reliability and ensures consistent product supply.
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance programs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage capital and NPD projects to support world-class operational performance and ongoing site improvement initiatives.
  • Drive asset management and optimisation of packaging line performance.

**About You:**

  • Experience managing budgets with strong business acumen.
  • Experience leading maintenance or reliability programs in fast-paced production environments.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

*Additional Requirements*:

  • Engineering qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline (highly regarded).
  • Background in FMCG or similar industries (highly regarded).
