**Job Title:** Driller Assistant

The successful applicant will provide essential support to drilling operations by assisting with rig setup, maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

• Support the mobilisation and demobilisation of drilling rigs while ensuring efficient setup and teardown on site
• Manage drill rods, tools and equipment, guaranteeing they are properly handled and maintained
• Conduct routine maintenance on drilling equipment, including lubrication and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance
• Engage in physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and equipment handling

In this position, you will work closely with a team to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors is crucial for success.

• Previous experience in drilling operations or a related field
• Relevant certifications or licenses
• Detailed knowledge of drilling equipment and machinery
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks and adapt to challenging environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Capacity to pass a Pre-Employment Medical assessment
