Early Childhood Educator

The Opportunity

Join our Early Childhood Centre as an experienced educator, utilising your skills and qualifications to make a positive impact on the lives of our children. We offer a supportive environment where you can excel and further develop your career in Early Childhood Education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing ideas and expertise
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional and social well-being
  • Monitor and report on children's progress and development
Requirements
  • ACECQA approved Certificate 3 Qualification in Children's Services
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience as an educator in an Early Childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
