Overview

We are looking for a skilled Factory Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing materials for the coating process, ensuring proper care of products throughout all stages of production, operating a forklift, utilizing overhead crane systems, loading and unloading steel materials, operating a variety of hand tools, and engaging in manual handling tasks.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to manual handling, laboring work or factory hand experience, a valid forklift license, ability to work with all types of metals, good attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work with a team, physical fitness, and own reliable transport.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $37.68 per hour (2PM - 10PM start) and a range of benefits including a reward incentive program available, full training provided on site, consistent Monday – Friday and Saturday work, and Yagoona location.
