Cultural Insights Analyst

Seeking a highly skilled Cultural Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our research and insights department, you will be responsible for uncovering valuable cultural insights that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social dynamics and the ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations. You will work closely with strategists and account service teams to develop comprehensive cultural understanding and identify emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cultural insight strategies to inform marketing campaigns and business decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of social media conversations and online discourse to identify cultural shifts and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural insights into client strategies and deliver impactful results.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in cultural analysis and social insight generation at a creative agency, research agency, or publisher.
  • Proven track record of translating complex social insights into strategic recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
  • Functional understanding of social listening and cultural intelligence platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker).
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to work across multiple teams, clients, and timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT).
  • Passion for social and continued learning; ability to build and maintain credible relationships.
