Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a collaborative commercial team, including contract and finance specialists, and commercial administrators, working on a major water infrastructure project in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high-performing, transparent, and accountable culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial aspects of the project, including contracts management, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Build a close, outcome-focused team through collaborative management and leadership.

- Provide commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills to drive project success.
- Have experience with water/wastewater projects, which will be highly regarded.
