About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Team Member. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information and recommendations
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential

  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
