IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer.

  • This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performing systems to meet the demands of our federal government clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, with experience working in secure environments.
  • They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet required standards and provide feedback on technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Design and Implementation: Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and maintain systems that meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Technical Documentation: Review and provide feedback on technical documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in system designs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and reverse-engineer systems to enhance performance and reliability.
Essential Skills:
  • IT Infrastructure: Strong background in IT infrastructure and systems engineering.
  • Secure Environments: Proven experience working in secure environments, such as the federal government.
  • System Design Principles: Solid understanding of system design principles and technical governance.
  • Reverse Engineering: Ability to reverse engineer and analyze complex systems.
Desirable Skills:
  • VMware and Dell Hardware: Knowledge of VMware, Dell hardware, Linux, and Windows environments.
  • Federal Government Projects: Experience working on federal government projects and compliance standards.
