Vacancy for a Communications Assistant in the EU Delegation
About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Communications Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing our communications strategy, managing social media profiles, and drafting publications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also be responsible for reviewing web analytics, organizing public outreach activities, and collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals.
As a Communications Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our communications strategy, collaborate with external partners, and gain valuable experience in the field of international relations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of our communications strategy
- Manage social media profiles and develop engaging content
- Draft and edit publications, including the Delegation Newsletter and the EU Passport
- Review web analytics and provide insights on how to improve our online presence
- Organize public outreach activities and events
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals
