About the Role

We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Kings Park. This role involves providing support to a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.

Responsibilities
  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home.
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care.
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment.
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication.
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year experience as a Disability Support Worker.
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain.
  • Australian Drivers License & comprehensive car insurance.
Shifts Available

Client 1:

  • Tuesday 9am to 3pm.
  • Thursday 9am to 3pm.
  • Potential leave coverage for 7am - 9am personal care shifts.

Client 2:

  • Monday 5pm to 7pm.
  • Tuesday 3:30pm to 8pm.
  • Wednesday to Friday 5pm to 7pm.

This is an estimated salary range based on industry standards for this role: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
