Automotive Mechanic

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to carry out a range of tasks within our automotive workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct routine repairs and maintenance on ground support equipment, utilizing technical skills and experience as a tradesman.
  2. Regularly report to the Shift Supervisor and be managed by the Service Manager.
  3. Perform preventive servicing, data collection, and maintenance tasks in line with trade standards.
  4. Promote a proactive approach to safety in all work activities.
  5. Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.
Benefits:
  1. 5 weeks annual leave (190 hours) + 2 additional days off per week.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, including diagnostics and repair.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
