Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality fitness programs and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the fitness teams and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with industry partners to identify new opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure effective use of resources
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role in the fitness industry
