About the Role:
- Pick and Pack Excellence: Ensure timely dispatch by accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders.
- Site Deliveries: Provide great customer service while completing deliveries to local customers.
- Stock Management Mastery: Handle incoming and outgoing stock, maintain inventory levels, and keep shelves well-organised.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move stock.
- Career Progression Opportunities: Potential to grow into customer service and sales roles if desired.
About You:
- Experience and Attitude: Previous experience in warehousing or customer service is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Self-Motivation: Manage your own time and tasks without needing constant direction.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in stock control and order fulfillment, maintaining high standards.
- Hands-On Ability: Comfortable with the physical demands of a storeperson role, including lifting and moving stock in a fast-paced environment.
- Licenses: A driver's license is essential; a forklift and truck license is desirable but not required, as training can be provided.
