As a leading retailer of lifestyle products with stores worldwide, this role will see you manage stock allocations and replenishments to franchise stores while supporting the planning function.
About the Role
You will work as part of an integrated team based onsite at our office, collaborating closely with the Merchandise Planner to analyse sales trends, monitor deliveries, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Responsibilities include;
- Providing comprehensive reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Following up on aged orders with suppliers and processing purchase order cancellations.
- Documenting and acknowledging enquiries, maintaining necessary registers and records.
- Fostering strong relationships and effective communication with business stakeholders and team members.
- Executing administrative tasks required to support the function and the team.
About You
You will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills. Additionally, you will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with a high confidence in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
You will also have;
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on building rapport.
- The ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
