Job Role Overview

The Production Team Leader plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee opportunities and achieving commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and mentor diverse workforces, fostering a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial objectives.
  • Promote positive behaviour support and collaborative team cultures.
  • Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with employment coaches.
  • Ensure production meets customer expectations regarding quality, delivery timeframes, and business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Forklift license (desirable)
  • Previous experience in production environments with proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to diverse teams.
  • Experience in disability support highly regarded. Ability to supervise and mentor supported employees.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License.
