Breast Imaging Specialist Opportunity on the Gold Coast

South Coast Radiology is a leading provider of radiology services in Australia, with over 50 years of experience servicing the Gold Coast region. We are currently seeking an accredited Consultant Radiologist to join our team and undertake a Diagnostic Radiology Breast Imaging Fellowship on a part-time basis.
The fellowship program will provide you with the opportunity to gain subspecialist experience in Breast Imaging and procedures, working alongside a dedicated team of Breast mentors and resources. You will be able to describe the type of diagnostic information referring clinicians need from Breast imaging, use MRI as a major tool for the investigation and diagnosis of breast pathologies, and clearly articulate your findings in a well-structured and presented radiology report.
This is a rare career-changing opportunity to work with a leading provider and subspecialise in Breast Imaging. As part of our team, you will have access to high-quality specialist referrers offering interesting and challenging case mix, a collegiate and clinician-led environment, and tailored CPD benefits and subspecialist programs.
We are looking for an individual with a commitment to full-time work, five days a week, for the 6-to-12-month period. The ideal candidate will have FRANZCR accreditation and eligibility for AHPRA specialist registration, excellent communication skills, and experience in a mix of general radiology, MRI, CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Interventional procedures.
The salary package for this role exceeds the QLD market expectations, with a base salary of around $450,000 per year, plus potential to supplement earnings through various means. Additionally, you will receive a range of corporate benefits, including private health insurance, novated leasing, and share plan options.
