About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team and continue their apprenticeship journey. As an out of trade 4th year electrical apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of job sites across Adelaide.

Our Group Training model allows you to learn from multiple Host Employers, providing a wide range of electrical training and experiences. You will work full-time while completing a 'Certificate III in Electrotechnology' and gain skills in areas such as OH&S regulations, roughing in, fitting off GPOs, working with cable trays, point-to-point wiring, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to OH&S regulations
  • Rough in and fit off GPOs
  • Work with cable trays and perform point-to-point wiring
  • Assist with power and lighting circuit installations
  • Install power points and light fittings
  • Wire and label electrical sub-panels and enclosures
  • MOUNTING AND INTERCONNECTING COMPONENTS TO EQUIPMENT
  • Final test check, fault finding, and troubleshooting
  • Build switchboards and bus bar fabrications

Requirements:

  • Commenced the 4th Year of an Electrical Apprenticeship
  • Current SA Driver's License
  • Willingness to undertake a Police Check and/or Medical
