The Opportunity:

This role involves overseeing the construction delivery of building packages as a Senior Contracts Administrator, managing subcontractors and service suppliers, developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing procurement strategies. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team in this capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining construction programs
  • Implementing procurement strategies
  • Managing subcontractors and service suppliers
  • Overseeing project delivery

Requirements:

  • Relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
  • At least 5+ years of on-site construction delivery experience
  • Previous experience as financial lead on projects
  • Clear communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a reputable construction organization is essential

Estimated Salary:$110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
