Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced press operator to join our production team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will work across a 24-hour shift schedule, operating and maintaining News Man presses, performing general press maintenance, and contributing to key operational areas such as the plate room, reel room, ink room, and poster press.

This hands-on role involves tasks such as fault finding, housekeeping, and supporting other departments to ensure deadlines and safety standards are consistently met.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Trade certificate (AQF Level 3 or equivalent) or willingness to undertake training.
  • Proactive mindset and flexible approach to shift work.
  • Keen eye for detail, solid fault-finding skills, commitment to safety and operational excellence. Strong communication and readiness to learn and grow.
