About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of contractor spray equipment.

With a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills, you will provide top-notch support to our trade painters and ensure that our equipment is in top working condition.

As a self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving, you will thrive in this role and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain spray machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide after-sales support to trade painters, addressing any issues or concerns they may have
  • Manage the hire of spray equipment and warranty on customer spray machines
  • Offer technical support to our network of store teams
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Manage spare parts stock levels to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
