Urban Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Urban Design Leader to support the growth of our urban design practice.

This leadership role combines strategic direction, technical expertise and client relationship management to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality urban design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow the urban design practice through strategic planning and client relationship development.
  • Manage and deliver urban design projects across various sectors, including infrastructure and placemaking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in urban design, with a strong track record in leading and managing design teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
