Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our park's grounds and gardens, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Front Office administration
  • Upkeep of grounds and gardens
  • Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards


Requirements for this role include previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance, sound computer skills, ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment, excellent time management skills, great communication and relationship building skills, and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings, and assist with after hours call outs. A current driver's license is also essential.
