Job Opportunity: Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a night shift cleaning supervisor in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys variety, and is comfortable working independently with others.

About the Position:

This supervisory opportunity requires an excellent communicator with safety awareness, reliability, and ability to work unsupervised. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar commercial office cleaning position, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing the cleaning team at night, liaising with clients, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
  • The ideal candidate must be available to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from evening time.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Safety awareness at all times
  • Reliability and ability to commit to scheduled hours
  • Ability to work unsupervised and with others
  • A current Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Please note that previous experience as a supervisor is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
