About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager.

As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business outcomes through effective talent acquisition and management practices.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent;
  • Designing and delivering employee onboarding programs that ensure a smooth transition into the organization;
  • Collaborating with leaders to develop and implement performance management processes that drive business results;
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on effective leadership and people management skills;
  • Leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion;
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations;
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement HR systems and processes that support business objectives;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, and performance management;
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions;
