We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Casual Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Sportscraft, SABA & JAG David Jones Perth Store.

About This Role

This role reports directly to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

  • Customer Service Experience: Retail environment advantageous but not essential.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships as a brand ambassador.
  • Passion for fashion, styling and trends within the industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage expectations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and appearance.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
