The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for people-focused and customer-centric individuals to play a fundamental role in upholding our brand promise. As a Medical Imaging Contact Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality inbound call experience for our clinics.

You will interact with patients and referrers to schedule a range of medical imaging appointments. Your key responsibilities include responding to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional, and caring manner, providing care and an outstanding patient and referrer experience, and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening, objective questioning, and enjoy helping people.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and previous call centre experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigation.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
