In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable grooming standards, fostering exceptional interpersonal skills, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving individual targets and goals according to company benchmarks
  • Ensuring stock is adequate and rotated with incoming stock
  • Keeping displays dusted and cleaned, testers cleaned, and sampling products effectively
  • Recording customer details for follow-up and taking ownership of own results
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and turning them into opportunities
