In this rewarding role, you will be part of the day-to-day care and supervision team, providing support and guidance to young people living in Intensive Therapeutic Care homes. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
">- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Youth Worker to join our team. As a Therapeutic Youth Worker, you will provide direct support, care, and mentorship to children and young people with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Community Services or related field and current certifications in Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and Australian Driver's Licence. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in regular training and development opportunities.

- Provide individualised support plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity within the team
