About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled PCU Specialist to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' conditions, and reporting any changes to healthcare teams.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
- MED Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Condition Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Experience: 2 years of PCU experience required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- EPIC Experience: EPIC experience is highly valued.
- Preferred Skills: Skills in IV start and telehealth preferred.
