About the Rehabilitation Role
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing a high-quality specialist rehabilitation service to adults with brain injuries.
This position involves case management, assessing client needs and developing treatment programs for adult clients with cognitive, behavioural, psychological, communication, and physical difficulties.
Treatment programs can include individual and group interventions aimed at improving quality of life and reducing the impact of brain injury.
The role requires coordinating rehabilitation programs for adult clients in their communities, involving regular travel to see clients and working with other healthcare professionals to develop strategies for improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Coordinating rehabilitation programs in community settings.
- Developing strategies to improve the quality of life for people affected by brain injury.
