Key Retail Merchandising Role Available

Job Description

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced and flexible retail merchandiser to join us on an ongoing, casual basis.

Our ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Grocery personnel, create and maintain quality relays/planograms in stores, and demonstrate excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
  • Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
  • Pricing and ticketing compliance
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
  • Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
Qualifications
  • Planogram or similar experience in a grocery/retail environment
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
