Senior Employment Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Tax Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As an Employment Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of employment tax consultants.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employment tax compliance and advisory work, as well as the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to collaborate with the wider national advisory business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of employment tax consultants
- Advise on employment taxes such as Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT), PAYG, Payroll Tax and Superannuation
- Find solutions to disputes with tax authorities
- Grow relationships with external companies and within the business
- Assist with employment tax compliance solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in employment tax compliance and advisory work (Professional Services experience preferred)
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in automation technology tools (Alteryx preferred)
- Experience with data manipulation and Excel
